How can a TV service suddenly increase the subscription fee and stop airing channels? That is what Tata Sky is doing. Their helpdesk is unreachable - all their numbers are busy. This is the height of complacency especially when their competitor DishTV has made its set top box free. With such poor customer service, it will only be a matter of time when customers will desert Tata Sky to move to Dish TV or other set top boxes.
