Yesterday, I watched an Iranian film called “The White Balloon”, again. I had seen this film sometime back and watched it again yesterday. This film is based on a simple incident about a small girl losing her money while going to buy a Goldfish. It is a nicely made film without any of the razzmatazz that is present in the films of today. The film does not contain any songs, violence or vulgarity, yet it is an entertaining one. This film won an award in the Cannes film festival a few years back and deservedly so.
