The weather of Chennai changed drastically over the last few weeks and the last couple of days were horrendous. I admit that I like hot weather (yes, the sweaty kind) and found the last few days cold, wet and gloomy. I also fell ill for a couple of days with bad wheezing and that did not help things either. However, due to infra-structural issues, my office was closed on the 27th & 28th Oct and that brightened things up a bit. I was glad to hear today that the storm had crossed Chennai and was more than pleased to see bright sunshine this morning. I have taken a few days leave next week coupled with the holidays for Diwali and Ramzaan to get a luxurious 9 day vacation. No major plans yet but I do hope that the weather remains bright and dry.
