I remember that as a child I used to blog here. Okay, it was not that long ago :) The hiatus is attributed to the usual reasons - boredom and laziness. In between the last blog post and now, I made a few work related visits to Bangalore, Gurgaon and Hyderabad. And one thing that I noticed in all three cities is the amount of building and construction work that is happening. Bridges, flyovers, tall buildings and general construction work of roads and amenities. I have also learnt that Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai are to get new airports. I guess one would attribute this to the boom in the IT and ITES segments, and the amount of foreign investment that comes along with that. All for good I would imagine.

I have also been listening to this remarkable song Mausam from the film “The Train”. It has excellent lyrics, the best I’ve heard in recent times and its been sung really well by Mithoon (who is also the music director). You can hear it here.
